I found this picture on Google Images.
Mine looks a little different because I mix the sauce over the grapes.
Grape Salad:
3 Cups Red Seedless Grapes
3 Cups White Seedless Grapes
1 8oz block softened Philly Cream Cheese 1/3 Less Calories
1 Cup light sour cream
1/2 Cup Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
Clean all the grapes and remove all stem pieces. Set aside.
Cream together softened cream cheese, sugar substitute and sour cream until smooth and creamy. Pour sauce over the grapes and mix well. Pour into a 13X9X2 glass dish and top with nuts. Refrigerate. Serves 12.

This sounds really good, and a great dessert to take to a family gathering in the summer!
that dessert looks soo yummy
Looks good, maybe something to serve company.
Hmmm ... just being honest here, and I gotta say the thought of eating that many grapes doesn't really excite me- but thanks for the idea!
Sounds delish to me! Thanks for sharing!
Yum! I'm not found of walnuts, wonder what it would taste like with Fiber One cereal on top or Grape Nuts?
I'm eatin this blog up baby. I needed something to get my ass back in the elliptical. My husband and I call each other "enablers." He's in the Army and it seems like when he's deployed, we both drop 15-20 pounds. When he comes home, yeah...all bets are off.
Yum! This sounds fantatic! Always up for new healthy recipes...thanks!
Yumm!! Can't wait to try this one!
