My Exercise Playlist ~ Part 2

Working out can get boring. Especially when I spend a LOT of time on my elliptical. I also get tired of listening to the same old songs over and over and over. So I am constantly switching them up. I listen to an odd assortment of music. Part 1 to my Playlist is over at my blog if you want to see it. I hope you see a few songs that motivate you to get your butt up and moving!

 1. Justin Timberlake featuring JD Wayne Williams - Sexy Back

 2. Pink - This Is How It Goes Down

 3. 3OH!3 - Don't Trust Me

 4. Sean Kingston - Fire Burning

 5. Pitbull - I Know You Want Me

 6. Katy Perry - Waking Up In Vegas

 7. Trapt - Headstrong

 8. Britney Spears - 3

 9. Three 6 Mafia - Lolli Lolli

 10. Skillet - Awake And Alive

 11. Nickelback - Shakin' Hands

 12. Uncle Kracker - Hot Mess

 13. Simple Plan - Welcome To My Life

 14. Iyaz - Replay

 15. Train - Hey, Soul Sister

 16. Baby Bash featuring T-Pain - Cyclone

 17. Black Eyed Peas - Rock That Body

 18. Black Eyed Peas - Party All The Time

 19. Finger Eleven - Paralyzer

 20. Cobra Starship - Hot Mess

 21. Cobra Starship - Good Girls Go Bad

A lot of these songs are what I would call sexy songs. I like listening to songs that make me feel sexy when working out, cause that's what it's all about right? We're working our butts off so we can feel sexy inside and out! What songs inspire you to get sexy??

I have to say that when I'm working out, nothing can get me moving faster than good rock and roll, punk rock or new wave! I know, I'm old but hey, I gotta use what works, besides, who doesn't love some great Aerosmith!!! (speaking of old)

As far as sexy songs? Well, I have to say that finally getting some peace and quiet can bring on the "sexy" in our house LOl!

I never used to use music til I started a Zumba class, and realised when I want to stop, the music keeps me going! ATM my fav's are Gasolina, Jai Ho, and Bad Romance.

My work out playlist switches so much. Sometimes all I want to hear while working out is good ol pop music. But other times (depending on the time of the month), I prefer angry gril bands or alternitive.

Hey Everybody!

I have been trying to figure out a good place to start the Acai free trial and was wondering if anybody had any opinions on whether or not the stuff works to lose weight? So far here's the 1 article I have been able to read that seemed real for what my goals are. Thoughts?

Such a great list! VERY similar to the one I use to run...which, let's face it, running isn't the funnest exercise, but it burns calories and inches like a mo-fo and I need music that makes me want to pound the pavement, shake my thing, or just sing out loud...Love your list and will be adding it to my iPod for my next run.

Thanks for sharing!
